Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
3.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount at op999 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Every transaction must be made from an account registered in your own name — deposits through third parties are not accepted.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Before requesting a withdrawal, account verification must be complete and all bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled.
3.3 Transaction Verification
op999 reserves the right to carry out additional verification for suspicious or unusual transactions. In such cases, processing may take longer than usual.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳18,000 or more gives the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, making the total ৳28,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
A 15x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the original deposited funds. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, a total of ৳18,000 (i.e. ৳1,200 × 15) must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus can be received only once per account.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
- Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or by fraudulent means will result in the account being closed.
- op999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
